New Day

These past couple months have been a little wearing on me. It’s strange, it’s as if I have been just collecting more weight each day. It’s been a culmination of work and other things. I guess I was losing focus; I literally could feel the stress.

Yesterday, I woke up and felt a little differently. I felt a sense of calmness and felt a little lighter. I guess sometimes we get so wrapped up on what is going around us, that we let all the responsibilities control us. I hope that this feeling of this new day is not temporary.

“Lord Father, I thank you for peace, and ease. Thank you for helping clear my sight and giving me new breath. Please continue to show me all the beauty in life. I seek Your will and thank You for everything You provide.”
