Training

Have you ever started to enjoy something now, that in the past was not of interest? I know sometimes that types of food, music, or types of movies can commonly be those once disliked to liked mediums. For me it has become running. Not that I did not like it in the past, but it just was not something I looked forward too.

I have been running regularly for the past couple of months now. I have started to see that I am pushing myself to go farther. I regularly run now and have started to get conditioned for longer runs. It’s great. I plan on increasing my runs to four miles a day.

As many know, I am the type of person that thrives on challenge and pushing myself. I have recently have had a strong desire to pursue the idea of running a marathon. It is something that I have always thought of as a major achievement and would like to aim for this goal.

I totally know that this is going to be hard and I will have to dedicate a lot of time preparing and training. I am excited though. I know I can do it.

So feel free to ask me how it’s going, or if you ever are looking for a run let me know, because I’ll be surely pounding the pavement.
